Kayonza District request for more office buildings

The Administration of Kakayonza District has asked residents particularly stockholders in development to play a big role in building sectors working houses in Kayonza district.

This district has a problem of lack of buildings that are up to date as some sectors work in small houses which is a limitation to some workers who say they don’t give services well.

In some sectors when it is unfortunate and it rains when people are waiting for certain services, it rains on them as they are many to fit in the small building the sector works in as people we found at Ruramira sector offices said.

This problem is not only in Ruramira sector but also in Rwinkwavu; Ndego and Kabare sectors have small office buildings.  In the new projects that the district has include building the office building for Kayonza district that is up to date and expropriating people living in this place which will be worth Rwf78million. This money will come from the district budget of economic year 2012/2013.

The district administration said that it is not going to be easy for them to build offices everywhere they are needed as the district budget won’t be enough when almost all sectors need office buildings.

That is the reason to why residents and district stockholders were asked to play a role and help build office buildings as when a leader is content and works in a relaxing place, he/she gives good services to those who seek them emphasized John Mugabo the district mayor.
