Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame has expressed disappointment about some European countries in association with Rwandan criminals for evil plans against Rwanda.
“They (countries) are making a big mistake by associating with killers,” he said.
He was reacting to the recent arrest of General Karenzi Karake, the Head of Intelligence of Rwanda in the United Kingdom.
Some self-exiled Rwandans, including those that were working in the president office before fleeing the country are said to be linked with the arrest of the General who was on an official duty.
This is believably part of their big plan against their homeland.
President mentioned some of them by names.
These include René Mugenzi who brands himself “a human rights activist”, Noble Marara, and David Himbara.
It was reported that Himbara, has, since August last year mobilized $ 190,000 in a campaign aimed at tarnishing Rwandan image.
He is reportedly working in the same network with the Rwanda National Congress (RNC) which also includes General KayumbaNyamwasa; exiled in South Africa in a plot to overthrow Rwanda Government.
In the same campaign against Rwanda, another man Tribert Rujugiro, a businessman who is believably among financiers of Rwandan dissidents. He reportedly has links with the Rwanda Democratic Front for liberation of Rwanda (FDLR), a militia group operating from Democratic Republic of Congo largely responsible for Genocide in Rwanda.

The president said all the dissidents, including his former staff have a case to answer in Rwanda. Some had once apologized their wrong doing and forgiven, but they returned to exile after recidivism.
Still, European countries invite them on panel about Rwanda when they can’t make any good representation.
Rwanda has been questioning the fairness of Western countries’ justice, especially when it comes to events in the 1994 Genocide against Tutsi where over a million Tutsi were killed within three months.
They are accused of supporting the genocidaires in detriment of people who liberated the country and stopped the Genocide.
“From where Africa stands, European justice is not a model, “wrote Louise Mushikiwabo, Rwanda’s Foreign Affairs Minister on her twitter account.
“UK is ridiculous. We stand with our Rwandan brothers and sisters,” Joe Olzacki, a tweet written amidst a social network exchange which is going viral about the Karenzi’s arrest.
